This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Who we are

This website is run by National Fiber Concierge, Primitive Power LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). We run the National Fiber Connection Initiative (NFCI), and we also do business as Primitive Fiber. We are a private company based in Gilbert, Arizona.

We are not an internet provider. We help homeowners find out if fiber internet reaches their address, and we connect them with internet providers and their authorized sales partners. Homeowners pay us nothing. When a customer we helped signs up for service, the internet provider pays us a commission.

What we collect

What you type in.

  • The address you check: street, apt or unit, city, state and ZIP code.
  • Your name, phone number and email address.
  • Whether you checked the box to get marketing calls and texts, the exact words that box showed, and when you submitted the form.

What your browser sends us.

  • Your IP address, browser type and device type.
  • The web page you were on, including ad link details such as utm_source or fbclid, and which ad offer page you landed on.
  • Cookies set by the Meta Pixel (see “Meta Pixel and cookies” below).

What we look up.

  • Whether your address is in our fiber rollout records.

We don’t ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, bank details or payment card. Don’t type them into this site.

How we use it

  • To check your address against our fiber rollout records.
  • To have a fiber specialist contact you by phone call or email about fiber service and offers at that address.
  • To send marketing texts and make automated or prerecorded calls, only if you checked that box.
  • To pass your details to internet providers and their authorized sales partners so they can confirm service and offers at your address (see “Who we share it with”).
  • To count which of our ads lead to form submissions, and to improve our ads.
  • To keep a record of your consent, to honor opt-outs, and to follow the law.
  • To keep the site working and safe, including stopping spam and fake submissions.

Who we share it with

Internet providers and their authorized sales partners. We share your name, phone number, email and the address you checked so they can confirm service and offers at your address and contact you about it. They use it under their own privacy policies.

Companies that run our tools for us. They handle your information only to do work for us:

  • Vercel hosts this website. Its server logs record visits, including IP address and browser type.
  • SalesRabbit holds our fiber rollout records. To check your address, we send it your ZIP code. We match the full address on our own server.
  • GoHighLevel is the system we keep customer records in. Your form details, tags for the ad you came from, and your consent record are saved there.
  • Resend sends email. If our customer record system is down when you submit the form, Resend emails your form details to our own team inbox so your request isn’t lost.
  • Google may suggest addresses while you type. When this is turned on, the text you type in the street field goes through our server to Google to get suggestions. Google doesn’t get your name, phone or email from us.

Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). For ad measurement. See “Meta Pixel and cookies.”

When the law requires it. To answer a valid legal request, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or to stop fraud.

If the business changes hands. If Primitive Power LLC is sold or merges, your information may move to the new owner under this policy.

Your text and call opt-in stays with us. We never share your opt-in to marketing texts or automated calls, or your consent record, with any other company for its own marketing. Text messaging opt-in data is not shared with third parties.

Do we sell your information?

We do not sell your personal information for money. No one pays us for your details. We do share them with internet providers and their authorized sales partners so you can get service at your address. If you sign up for service, the provider pays us a commission for that sign-up.

Meta Pixel and cookies

We use the Meta Pixel on this site. It sets cookies in your browser and tells Meta when you visit a page, check an address, or submit the form. This tells us which ads work.

When you submit the form and we save your details, our site also sends Meta your email, phone number, first and last name, city, state, ZIP code and country. Your browser scrambles (hashes) each one before it is sent, so Meta gets a coded version, not the plain text. Meta uses it to match your visit to a Facebook or Instagram account so we can tell which ad led to your request. We do not send Meta your street address or your text and call opt-in.

Meta’s use of this data is covered by Meta’s own privacy policy. You can limit it by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser, or in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

We don’t use other ad or tracking cookies on this site today. This site does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

Calls, texts and email

  • Phone calls. When you submit the form, a fiber specialist from our team, or from an internet provider or its authorized sales partner, may call the number you gave us about fiber service at your address. These calls are dialed by hand.
  • Texts and automated calls. We only send marketing texts, or make calls using an autodialer or an artificial or prerecorded voice, if you checked that box on the form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Checking the box is never required to buy anything.
  • Email. We may email you about fiber service at your address.

Your choices

  • Stop texts: reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help. We also honor QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE, and any other clear request to stop.
  • Stop calls: tell the person who calls you, call (717) 256-2345, or email info@primitivefiber.com. We’ll add your number to our internal do-not-call list.
  • Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in the email, or email info@primitivefiber.com.
  • See, fix or delete your information: email info@primitivefiber.com or call (717) 256-2345. Tell us the name, phone and address you used so we can find you. We may need to confirm it’s you. We’ll reply within 30 days.
  • Ad cookies: clear or block cookies in your browser, or change your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

We honor opt-outs within 10 business days, and usually much sooner.

If you’ve already been passed to an internet provider or its sales partner, deleting your information with us doesn’t delete it from their records. Contact them too, or ask us and we’ll tell them about your request.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and address for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.

We keep your consent record (the box you checked, the exact words shown, the time, your IP address and browser) and any opt-out request for 5 years, so we can prove what you agreed to and that we honored your choices.

Our hosting company’s server logs are kept on its own schedule.

Children

This website is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child gave us information, email info@primitivefiber.com and we’ll delete it.

Keeping your information safe

This site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We limit who on our team can see customer records, and we keep our system passwords and keys off the public website. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise your information will never be accessed without permission. If that happens and the law requires us to tell you, we will.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change affects how we use information we already have, we’ll ask for your consent where the law requires it.
