These terms apply when you use this website. The site is run by National Fiber Concierge, Primitive Power LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) under the name National Fiber Connection Initiative. By using the site or submitting the form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Not a government service

Not affiliated with any government agency. We are a private company. Nothing on this site is a government program, benefit or application. Any public funding mentioned on this site is background about broadband in Pennsylvania. It doesn’t mean your home is part of a funded project, and it doesn’t mean our offers are paid for by the government.

What we do

We are not an internet provider. We help you find out if fiber internet reaches your address and connect you with internet providers and their authorized sales partners. Checking your address and talking to a specialist are free. If you sign up for service, the provider pays us a commission. You don’t pay us anything.

Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 and live in the United States. You agree that:

• The information you give us is true and is your own.
• The phone number you give is yours, or you’re the main person who uses it.
• You’ll tell us if you give up or change that number.

What the address check means

The address check tells you whether your address is in our fiber rollout records. Our records can be out of date or incomplete. The check is not a promise that:

• fiber service is available at your home,
• you qualify for any service, price or offer, or
• any offer shown on this site will be available to you.

If we don’t find your address, that does not mean fiber isn’t there. The internet provider confirms service at your address before anything is installed.

Offers, prices and promotions

All internet service, prices and offers come from the internet provider, not from us. They vary by address and can change or end at any time without notice. The terms printed with each offer on this site apply, along with the provider’s own terms.

Gift cards and other promotions are offered under the terms of the provider or the promotion’s sponsor, not ours. We don’t issue them and can’t change their terms. Amazon.com is not a sponsor of any promotion shown on this site.

Your contract for internet service is between you and the provider.

Calls, texts and email (TCPA)

When you submit the form, you agree that National Fiber Concierge, Primitive Power LLC and its internet provider partners and their authorized sales partners may contact you by phone call (dialed by hand) and by email about fiber service at the address you checked.

Texts and automated calls need your separate yes. We only send marketing texts, or make calls using an autodialer or an artificial or prerecorded voice, if you checked the box on the form that says so. That box names Primitive Power LLC as the only company you are agreeing to hear from that way. Checking it is optional and is never a condition of buying anything.

You can take back your consent at any time, in any reasonable way: reply STOP to a text, tell the caller, call (717) 256-2345 or email info@primitivefiber.com. We honor it within 10 business days.

Text message program terms

• Program: National Fiber Connection Initiative fiber updates, run by Primitive Power LLC (National Fiber Concierge).
• Who sends it: National Fiber Concierge, Primitive Power LLC. Texts come from (717) 256-2345.
• What you’ll get: texts about fiber internet service and offers at the address you checked, including follow-ups from a fiber specialist.
• How often: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.
• To stop: reply STOP. We also honor QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE. You’ll get one text confirming you’ve been removed, and then no more texts.
• For help: reply HELP, email info@primitivefiber.com or call (717) 256-2345.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Not required: agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We never share your text opt-in with other companies for their marketing.

How you may use this site

Please don’t:

• submit someone else’s name, phone number or email,
• submit fake or automated form entries,
• copy, scrape or resell the site’s content or records, or
• try to break, overload or get around the site’s security.

The site’s text, logo and design belong to Primitive Power LLC. News headlines and public data on the site belong to their owners and are linked to their sources.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, such as Pennsylvania’s broadband tracker and news articles. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what they say or do.

No warranty

This site and the address check are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the site will always work, that our records are complete or current, or that any service or offer will be available to you.

Limit on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from your use of this site, including lost savings or lost service. If we are found liable for anything to do with this site, our total liability is limited to $100. Some states don’t allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this site will be handled in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

If part of these terms can’t be enforced

The rest still applies.
